In unserer Bürogemeinschaft / Studiogemeinschaft werden zum 1.1.26 zwei Arbeitsplätze frei. Diese wollen wir gern wieder besetzen, wahlweise an Einzelpersonen oder ein kleines Team (2 Personen).
Unsere Büro-WG besteht aus Grafikerin und Fotograf:innen. Wir teilen uns eine Loft-Fläche von ca. 200qm, aufgeteilt in Fotostudio und Arbeitsplätze.
Eine Nutzung des Fotostudios ist optional möglich.
Das Studio/Büro befindet sich unweit der S/U Hermannstraße, ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof. Es ist hell und freundlich und wir sehr nette Arbeitskolleg:innen.

Bei Interesse meldet euch gern und kommt auf einen Kaffee vorbei.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt pro Schreibtisch € 275,00 plus MwSt., inkl. Strom, WLAN und Reinigung. Two desks will be available in our shared studio/office space starting January 1, 2026. We would like to sublet them on eather way single persons or a small team (2 people)
Our creative office collective currently includes a graphic designer and photographers. We share a spacious loft of about 200 sqm, divided into a photo studio and work areas. Use of the photo studio is optionally available.
The studio/office is quietly located in a backyard near S/U Hermannstraße. It’s bright, friendly, and home to a group of lovely coworkers.
Ideal for graphic designers, editors, photographers, web designer —or other more or less creative professionals. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out and drop by for a coffee! Monthly rent for each desk: €275 plus VAT, including electricity, Wi-Fi, and cleaning. |
