In the middle of Neukölln, but still quiet: from 1 July, a room with a separate entrance will be available in our shop office on the Schifffahrtskanal. The office is in the front building and has a great view of the water. The room is very light and airy, approximately 50 square metres, and has a separate entrance from the street. It also has direct access to the basement, which can be used for storage or as a small workshop. The kitchen – equipped with a coffee machine, small table and microwave – and the bathroom are shared. The rent for the street-facing room and furniture (optional) is € 1220 (gross) per month including all utilities. Included are
