Das Büro mit bis zu 7qm Deckenhöhe ist in einem brutalistischen Gebäude und befindet sich in 10827 Schöneberg Berlin. Unweit ist der Akazienkiez mit vielen Grünflächen, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Der helle Raum hat 66qm, ein zweiter 21qm. Im ersteren wird ein fester Platz frei. Zusätzlich sind dabei eine Küche, Internet, WCs und zwei Balkone. Der Schreibtisch ist ein Modulor M1 Tisch mit 160cm. Wir sind kein kommerzielles Co-Working Studio, das anonym Plätze tageweise vermietet und suchen nach einer Person, die länger- oder mittelfristig bei uns arbeiten möchte. Die Miete beträgt 240€.
Die Kaution beträgt ebenfalls 240€. In der Miete enthalten sind die Mitbenutzung der Räumlichkeiten, ein Schlüssel mit 24/7 Zugang, WLAN.
