We’ve also contributed to several Marvel projects, such as The Marvels and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Recently, we completed work on legendary director Francis Ford Coppola’s Megalopolis, Amazon Studios’ Fallout, and Fly Me to the Moon, starring Channing Tatum and Scarlett Johansson for Apple TV+. We are currently engaged in highly confidential, super top-secret projects that we cannot reveal yet. To support our team in Berlin or London, we are looking for a VFX Supervisor (m|f|d) full-time to start as soon as possible. Your tasks: - Oversee the entire production process, ensuring the quality and coherence of all work produced by the crew.
- Lead project planning and supervise on set to maintain creative vision and technical standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Review and provide both technical and creative feedback to artists, guiding them towards achieving the desired outcome.
- Organize team workflows, ensuring that all members meet their deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Step in to assist the team when needed, maintaining composure and leadership even in high-pressure situations.
- Please note: This position requires you to work on-site.
Ideally you will have: - A minimum of 5+ years of experience in VFX post-production.
- Proven experience as a VFX Supervisor.
- Strong background as a CG or Comp Supervisor.
- A creative eye with a keen aesthetic sense, along with a solid grasp of composition, cinematic design, and animation timing.
- Experience in on-set supervision.
- Ability to excel under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and realism.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A great sense of humor is always a plus!
