Job Outline: As the Personal Assistant to one of our Film Directors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our director’s busy schedule and creative projects. Your primary responsibilities will include: Organizational Skills: Managing the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to optimize efficiency and productivity. Problem-Solving: Anticipating and resolving logistical challenges to ensure seamless production processes and project execution. Persistence and Assertiveness: Being assertive and persuasive in communicating the director’s needs and vision to various stakeholders, and not accepting „no“ as an answer when obstacles arise. Research: Conducting thorough research on industry trends, potential collaborators, and creative inspiration to support the director’s vision and project development. Interest in Creative Industries: Demonstrating a genuine passion for the film industry and a deep understanding of its nuances and intricacies. Qualifications / You Are: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role within the entertainment industry is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Assertive communication skills and the ability to advocate for the director’s needs assertively. Proficiency in conducting thorough research and synthesizing information from various sources. Have a genuine interest in the creative industries, particularly film, television, and digital media. Creativity, flexibility, and an open-minded approach to collaborating on diverse creative projects. English and French languages is mandatory, fluency in German is a plus.
