Specializing in the visualization of music, we create dynamic concepts to bring music to life visually. Our diverse clientele includes esteemed record labels, artists, leading brands, popular streaming platforms, and public broadcasters (such as ARTE, ZDF, WDR or Reeperbahn Festival). From bite-sized social media content to multi-camera concert recordings, our portfolio encompasses a broad spectrum of projects. Position Overview:
We are looking for another dedicated and highly organized PRODUCER / PROJECT MANAGER (f/m/d) to expand our team. If you are passionate about music, possess strong numerical skills, and excel in project management, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Project and production management
- Key account management
- Budget and contract negotiations
- Production and personnel planning
Your qualifications: - Extensive experience (> 5 years) in project and production management within the media or music industry
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Proficiency in accounting and commercial bookkeeping
Your skills - Meticulous attention to detail (bookkeeping, invoicing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (correspondence, minutes, contracts)
- Innovative thinking with a focus on process optimization
- Ability to work independently, with structure and conscientiousness
- Familiarity with music and film terminology and keen interest in media and music
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other project management software
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Musical interest, and possibly experience in music production
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
