Tasks – Introduction
If there are overdue, unpaid invoices, you are responsible for contacting the respective customer by telephone as well as in writing or the customer’s accounting department.
You take care of the initial clarifications of customer enquiries/complaints regarding reminders, invoices, collection queries and forwarding to the specialist departments and document them accordingly.
In addition, you prepare write-offs of invoices in the ERP system.
You will also send copies of invoices.
What you bring to the table
You are characterized by your independent, self-reliant and result-oriented way of working.
You have a high level of empathy as well as a service orientation towards internal and external „customers“.
You are well-versed in MS Office and ERP systems.
Initial professional experience in the field of accounting is desirable.
