THE ANIMATED FILM AS AN ART FORM– NOT JUST FOR FESTIVALS
monströös is an animation studio, that enthusiastically turns its own stories into animated pieces of art. Apart from our commissioned work in close collaboration with our clients, we also produce our own content, like short films, series or documentaries.
We make a point of producing work with artistic value. Artistic experimentation, exploring ideas in our personal projects and sharing the results with the world are some of our main reasons to get up in the morning. A good story deserves an appropriate audiovisual realization to reach and move its audience on many different levels.
Our six talented directors often come up with so many ideas that it’s not easy to put every single one into practice right away. There is still so much in us that is waiting to be seen and heard by an audience. Besides our daily work we are constantly developing those personal projects that we are very passionate about. We love to bring them into being – from the first draft to the last frame. If we need a bit of help, because we are about to deal with huge projects that are easier to manage together, we also have great partners to cooperate with.
