Lunettes Kollektion’s design team translates iconic frames from fashion history to create classics with a twist – retro re-envisioned. Fine materials and modern design set the stage, while the refined forms subtly reference iconic frames from the annals of fashion and cinema. Designer Uta Geyer has brought together timeless style and the energy of contemporary Berlin street-life, while still maintaining handcrafted authenticity and quality through the use of traditional small-scale production. All of the eyeglasses are assembled by hand at a small family-run factory in Northern Italy. The expertise of these production partners helps provide a seamless melding of old-fashioned quality and modern design, which exemplifies the philosophy and values of Lunettes Kollektion, and at the same time, supports small businesses and minimizes the brand’s carbon footprint.
