There are several graphics and Photoshop magazines that host monthly competitions. On December 31, 2012 I decided to enter one of these competitions.
This particular contest gives the artist four possible pictures to work with. In this case there was a: Portrait of a Woman, a Chinese Garden, an Old Spanish Sign, and a Butterfly. Right away I was drawn to the Spanish Sign… Being inspired by my Dia de los Muertos Photography series I decided to see if I could recreate the makeup using Adboe Photoshop.
I completed the design in less than 10 hours and submitted my entry.
