We here at Global One Insurance Agency have made customer satisfaction and mutual prosperity our main goal when it comes to trucking insurance. The trucking segment of the agency mainly focuses on bobtail for owner operators and cargo liability for non-fleet companies(1−9 units), but we are planning to go after fleets with a bit more marketing and with future commitment to marketing. When it comes to these policies the main markets for them are Michigan and Missouri, Iowa, Indiana. Most of the new business we have, comes from customer referrals so you can see that once we get a client we try to keep both him and his business with us. As far as the underwriting rules for new business clients we are actually very strict in that regard. No exception is allowed and we obey the rules very strictly.
