I am 28 years old and a BA graduate from the Interior-Exhibition Design course at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, Milan. My studies were completed in October 2006.
I’ve been professionally active in a varied and challenging design environment for several years. My work has led me to confront project- and conceptual thematic on many levels. This experience has taught me to move between related fields such as fashion-, product- and interior design.
My interests and professional experience are developed principally around trend, design and color, material and finish (CMF) research, which serves as basis and guides the development of Identity Cards, which can be defined as a CMF profile, applicable to a wide range of development projects, i.e. branding, product design or interior architecture.
In this process the creation of scenarios and research become necessary tools.
I currently work in a Milan-based design and research studio, Viapiranesi S.r.l., where my main responsibilities consist of planning and execution of concept design and trend research projects for international companies such as Metsa Tissue and
Judeluck LTD. On other projects, I utilize my skills in graphic design, exhibition design and concept design.
I’ve been teaching at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti for the last three years. In this capacity I’ve worked in the departments of fashion and design, coordinating and running both cross-faculty workshops and didactic programmes for the BA courses.
My experience in short is in developing avant-garde projects in complex environments. The results of this has been the realization of objects, as well as innovative scenarios which can guide the production of new concepts and products.
I am a creative and curious person with excellent inter-relational and teamwork skills, and I find encounters with different cultures and realities very stimulating.
