Belicta Castelbarco’s illustrations are the product of an inventive, fertile imagination and the simple gift of skillful drawing. Her creative process culminates with superbly realised catoon illustrations. These capture the essence of figures we all recognise, universal characters, and can be adapted to any given purpose. Belicta is from Italy and arrived in Germany by way of the US, and her work subtly shows these international influences.
