We are looking for a student who will support our department Discovery Research in the area of Digitial Design & Commmunication / If this sparks your interest, we can offer you a unique experience to do your internship in Ingelheim, in one of the pharmaceutical industry’s top 20 companies.

Start date: September 2019
Duration: 6 months

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • During your internship you create new communication content (incl. artwork and layout) for different social media channels based on the opnMe digital communication strategy.
  • As part of the communication team you will develop and propose new ideas based on our strategy and present them to colleagues.
  • Part of your work includes the coordination with external service providers (e. g. marketing companies, digital IT partners) for the design of communication materials.
  • You analyse the effectiveness of the digital communication using analytic tools (e. g. Adobe Analytics).


  • Student with at least 2 years of study in graphic arts design with main focus on Web design / Digital Communication or a comparable field of study with practical experiences and working examples
  • Passion for science and drug research and development
  • Independent and structured working style, as well as the ability to work as a part of a team and to work at several projects at the same time
  • Proficient use of MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design and Digital Communication softwares
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
