Blaudruck-Workshop #7 am 07.09.2019

Nimm an diesem Crashkurs teil und lerne an nur einem Tag, Blaudrucke zu machen. Blaudruck, auch Cyanotypie genannt, ist eine historische Fototechnik mit wunderschönen cyanblauen Farbtönen.
Im Workshop arbeiten wir mit ungiftiger Foto-Chemie und ich vermittele Euch alle Grundlagen dieser einfachen und faszinierenden Technik. Wir belichten Foto-Vorlagen und Objekte – es geht um das Spiel mit Licht und lichtempfindlichen Materialien, den essentiellen Grundlagen der Fotografie. Am Ende des Workshops hast Du mindestens zehn eigene Blaudrucke gemacht und kannst Zuhause alleine mit der Technik weiterarbeiten.

Ich arbeite als bildende Künstlerin mit experimenteller Fotografie und der Workshop findet in meinem Atelier mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Spree statt. Es liegt in Schöneweide und ist Teil eines Industrie-Baudenkmals.

Take a crash course in making blueprints, also called cyanotypes, a historic photographic technique. Working with non-toxic chemicals, I’ll guide you through a workshop that will result in striking cyan blue prints. The moment the blue images appear on paper is truly magical.
We will expose photos and objects – this course is all about playing with light and light-sensitive material, the essential basics of photography. At the end of the workshop, you’ll have tried your hand at this fascinating artform, and have at least ten of your own cyanotype prints to take away.

I am an artist working with experimental photography and the workshop will be set at my studio with a beautiful view of the Spree. Located in Schöneweide, it’s part of a heritage-protected industrial complex.

The workshop goes on for 6 hours (plus a 30 minute break) and is limited to 5 places. Please bring paper, and you can also bring your own negatives to print.
