When you find your HP printer not printing color, replace the printer’s printhead. Clean the printhead by heading to the ‘Drivers and printers’ section in the Control Panel. Find the icon of your printing system, right-click it, and choose ‘Properties.’ Tap ‘Hardware’ followed by ‘Clean Ink.’ Use the on-screen guidelines to clean the printhead.
