Léo Yiğit Ekiz was born in Istanbul in 1988. He studied primary, elementary and high school in Istanbul. In 2008 he entered to Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts – Department of Photography.
in the same year he was invited to study in the University of Udine with cooperation of International Peace Student Project. After his 6 year experiences in Italy he currently lives in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
