So we set out to fix everything and prioritize engineers, managers, and owners equally. The goal is to get engineers what they need faster, free up managers from constant follow-ups, and gain deeper insights for owners. It also had to be zero-config, opt-in at every step, and not introduce any new processes because that’s what we, as a busy software team would want ourselves.
