Apart from starting his own surgical practice on the Southern Hills Medical Center campus, he also founded the Voice Care Center of Nashville, where he treats and hinders voice issues in Christian and Gospel music artists. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at Meharry Medical College in Nashville.
