Dov Hertz established DH Property Holdings, LLC as a real estate entity that focuses on urban industrial warehouse properties. The firm has developed over 6 million square feet of properties in just four years in cities like New York, Boston, and Philadelphia, and today has over 1.5 million square feet of existing buildings under management. With the first-ever introduction on the East Coast, DH Property Holdings reinvented the definition of multi-story urban warehouses. Dov Hertz also served as Executive VP at Extell Development, where he was responsible for $20 billion in acquisitions, including landmark deals such as One 57 and Nordstrom Tower.
