CULT VON ERA is a Multidisciplinary Creative Agency based at the centre of Stuttgart. Our design philosophy is to create relevance with new perspectives. The method and technique does vary individually on each subject. We don’t want to repeat an idea, each project has its own nature, identity and culture performance which sets every project on a raw content level and we love to explore the potential of what each project can be. We’re looking for assistants who are as designers curious, keen and inspired about the times we are „un-fortunately?!“ living in. It is a time that forces to „re-think“ and „re-build“ meaning and substance of an idea or brand identity in order to create vs. „de-sign“ new relevance and perspectives more than ever before. JOB PROFILE
The program of the position is to work with us on experimental and conceptual design projects in segments like Fashion & Beauty, Food & Hospitality, Retail, Art & Culture etc. with high performance that work out in real world as well as commercial projects with our clients that we’ll talk more detailed in our interview for the design assistant role. Among others, topics are Sustainability, Virtual vs Physical, Consumer Experience, The New Normal, Culture Performance. Graphic Design, Typography, Set Design, Photo and Video Editing, Motion Design are fields of work
ASSISTANT QUALIFICATION
huge interest in branding, corporate design, unique brand performance
cross media and multi channel, digital and print design work
versatile with adobe creative suite cc, strong knowledge and practise
self-organized, good time and project management skill
strong communication skills, both written and verbal in english or german
