Cleveland Feeding & Swallowing Center is a specialized center for diagnosing and treating swallowing disorders. Cleveland Feeding & Swallowing Center sees many adults and children, including adults that may have had complications during childhood. We also see adults who have lived with their swallowing disorders for years, possibly in a care setting that did not give them the treatment they needed to manage their condition. Our clinic offers a complete dysphagia screening and treatment program, including VitalStim Therapy, an FDA cleared therapy program using neuromuscular electrical stimulation. Difficulties swallowing can keep you, or a family member, from their place at the dinner table. Along with persistent clearing of the throat, coughing and feeling of food sticking, these can all be signs of dysphagia.
